COST<>Costco Wholesale agrees to buy the 50% in Costco Mexico it doesn't own from joint-venture partner CCM for $760.4M. Costco Mexico will pay a dividend of $340.85M, 50% of which will go to Costco Wholesale and 50% to CCM.
