Foreclosures up for first time in 27 months<>Foreclosures starts rise 16% Y/Y in May to 109,051, the first on-year increase in 27 months as banks recommence the repossession machinery after the $25B national mortgage abuse settlement earlier this year. Overall foreclosure activity climbs 9.1% M/M to almost 206,000 properties.
