CC question 3 thu 5 I beleive helps connect the dots NEW HIRE'S mean going to 16hr work day IMO,Rob said we were working a 12hr day at the time of the CC an said with one more shift or a 16hr work day we could reach our permitted 500000 yd's per yr.SO with that said and new hire;s, new mang, engerneers,new maintenance program, geo on the minning side keeping us in the pay gravel.THINGS OR FIXING TO HIT THE FAN.
