The news today was overall positive, as the sand in the Krittenbrink was what they encountered and overcame, albeit gradually, in the Wolf 1-29. The Krittenbrink is still producing just not what it will until they can get enough sand out to reinstall the jet pump.
The Form 4 transacted 6/11/2011 and reported today only totaled 37,937 shares in 3 transactions. Perhaps more disconcerting is that since Peter Hoffman purchased 2,530,000 shares from latter 2010 thru 4/13/2011 has been the sale of 910,254 shares leaving him with approximately 1,619,746 shares.
On the surface, an understandable compensation, not to mention a shrewd bit of trading considering the pps of his buys and sells.
The question for me is, where does he go from here? Should he be finished or nearly so, I'll feel pretty good about the $1.03's I picked up today, but I'll have pressure on the trigger for certain.
