He is the only one to blame.

If privacy was required posting on the internet was the problem, not that person invested in a company attempted to determine who the person's in said photo.

The internet is a public forum ,and privacy laws do not apply.

IE why all kids should be taught to take caution while posting on facebook.

Without permission Scott should have never posted the photos.

Once posted all rights pertain to the photos and privacy are void.

IMO - Rookie move yet again.
