we have all seen that things don't work like they should here. Why would more of the same, another positive pr, be met with a different outcome?

It may do well to remember that there is a likely chance that someone (MMG?) is shorting against the buyback, especially since history proves that 99% of the time, they're bogus. So, until JR proves his buyback is NOT bogus, the shorting parties will continue to 'devalue' any and every non-revenue producing PR.
