Dear Christian -- Thanks for your feedback and thoughts. Yes, the company plans to do some form of uplist in the immediate future, following the release of the audits. We will automatically qualify for the OTC-QB. However, we are also looking at the options / costs / benefits of applying to the OTC.BB. Unfortunately, it does not appear that we curently meet listing requirements for NASDAQ.

Our PPS has taken a beating recently. We believe that our various filings and news releases should reverse this dip.

Hannover House is very pleased with the initial sell-thru success of "Humans Vs Zombies," with many accounts, including Amazon.com, selling completely out of stock in just under 2-weeks. Amazon.com has done especially well with the Blu-Ray format and just received reorders today totalling 750 units of this item. National retail distribution at Walmart is set for next Tuesday, and Redbox for July.
