Fortunately, an a**hole and a crook are two different things.

I don't believe half of the negativity going on here. The 25M preferred is a non-issue, for one, IMO. Continual negative reference to it is making a mountain outta a molehill, and is only being done by 'sky-is-falling' types.

And while I could be wrong, I don't honestly believe dilution is occurring, either. It'd be nice for confirmation though.

Though I know that you can never put anything past a pinkie CEO, my gut tells me the only big problem here is the lack of formal communication regarding relevant and important matters.
