Considering that CHWM is now a dormant shell delinquent in its reporting AND that the former CEO, attorney/Board member and IRP are all under criminal indictment for fraud, any significant volume and price increase could trigger an SEC suspension.

Given that the SEC is targeting just such shells in its efforts to stop and prevent fraud, CHWM would be an extremely risky play.
