Check and see how many shares were outstanding when Glover/Larson executed The Great Reverse of August 2011. Over 350 million. When they went public in the summer of 2010, they started with less than 18 million shares-in one year, they doled out to their nominees, or sold, over 350 million shares. Then, they reversed the stock, issued themselves over 170 million shares, and did what? Right, sold those shares to us. So, adding the 350 million pre-reverse to the 178 million post-reverse, we get over one half of BILLION shares Glover/Larson have sold. And we are STILL waiting for The Dynamic Duo to own up to the fact that they kept the proceeds from those sales, personally, as opposed to getting that money back into the FLRE coiffeurs.
