After thinking on this for a while, I'm going out on a limb here and agreeing with Andy on "one" thing. I am now leaning towards expecting a rollback of the stock as a requirement of any financing. It seems highly unlikely that any lender would do a debt financing and with 178 million already out, well you all get the drift.
