Do the math tinner; call it 4cents/share, multiply by the number of shares, 5 1/2 months left in 2012 if the deal is done quickly and you come out with a number; Sounds a bit sneaky. Maybe JNJ is looking for growth/revenues/fits in the next 5-10 years.
