Copy and Paste it them but x out the names and stuff - the sooner you do it the more likely people will believe it. It could be very encouraging to us.

As for the earlier email regarding BK

lets use some Basic reasoning to discredit this information
1) Fact - They hired a CRO which are used for many reasons including helping a company RESTRUCTURE during BK
2) If they were going to declare BK they would be planning to restructure as again they hired a CRO. If they had no plans to restructure I believe the court would provide a trustee
3) OK so if they are going BK and planning on restucturing they would NEVER cancel contracts with customers or tell them they are going BK. Why would you kill your revenue stream when you need it the most. At the very least you want to keep bringing in revenue even during BK process to help pay down debts.
