It is a mind set. Unrequited premature expectations plunder this stock and has been the reason for great frustrations. The critical issue is obtaining new financing that, in my judgement, will create a cascade of positive events, including initiation of settlements through the defendants realizing that their strategy of delaying and waiting for GERS demise will not happen. The only thing that will happen is that the sword of treble damages will behead them.

BUT, new financing could occur at any time -- it appears to be their passionate pursuit, but I do not know when that will happen; tomorrow or years from now. So it is better for many reasons to hold the most realistic mind set.
