Here's what is going on...There is not enough retail buying going on except old investors selling into the bid, "dumping shares". They are running for the hills due to their lack of patience.

According to Steve Bethke last week when I spoke to him by telephone. He said although he knows the stock price right now is not where people want it to be or where he would like to see it, rest assured once he releases information regarding the contracts and customer counts for EVPH this summer and again in the fall on their pre-paid land line service for the low income/government subsidized housing, the numbers will astonish people and then the stock will be up where it belongs...ABOVE A PENNY PLUS PLUS. His words not mine...
