Any sense if M402 will cross the blood brain barrier?

I don’t know. It might be able to, but not necessarily with a lot of efficiency.

Unfractionated heparin normally does not cross the blood-brain-barrier, but LMWHs such as Lovenox and derivates of such drugs have been shown to cross the BBB in some experiments.
