I think what he is saying is that, for all intents and purposes, they are effectively like a bk stock, without actually having gone through the formal bk process.

Stock is down what, 95% + ?, company is dark, seem to be shutting down and moving etc. - what he meant (I think) is that the stock might as well be a bk stock because of the chart and all the indicators from the company. That the stock is acting as if bk is already priced in.
