Scared money is dropping the pps. I thought we had cleaned all that out. There are still a lot of investors who are ignorant and don't know where Baltia is right now nor do they know where Baltia is headed over the next few months.....

....and then there are those who do know and who can scoop up some bargain shares. To those who can still grab them at below 3 cents...congratulations.

....I myself am fully loaded. I have about 50% more shares than I originally planned and can only watch in admiration as the rest of you add nicely to your portfolios....

Rest assured....I am in a holding pattern. Over the next few months, I expect to see the pps hit at least somewhere around .10 +.
