In regards to Cgi snow plowing for the mill...

This rather boastful statement:

"...would be glad to provide CGI with contracted maintenance and Winter snow plowing to ensure continuous truck loads of ore to the mill, 24-7-365."

contradicts this statement:

"It can be occasionally closed due to a Winter white out."

Which validates this statement:

Highly unlikely with that possibility. Roads get closed for some time in those parts of Colorado mountains. Can't mill what can't be delivered.
