Japan threatens force against N Korea

Japan has warned it would launch a pre-emptive military action against North Korea if it had firm evidence Pyongyang was planning a missile attack.

This could help take some heat of the US for a bit since they have their hands full anyway.

If we get a good report from Blix today I suspect a rally to the close. We are due some relief anyway.
