Nope, I don't consider phone calls reliable info. AIMH is a great example of unreliable info via phone calls.

So any time a transfer agent is called and they disclose the share structure, they're not to be believed? Any of them? Okay, what about email? The TA's contact info. includes an email address along with a phone number...
