As I've explained already, why would anyone give more than 5% ownership of a promising business to a shell? In order to keep 95% ownership, the company going public performs a huge RS (as Marchi intended to do).
Regarding the float, the stock price isn't increasing very much if it's true that the float is supposedly held many times over by people here. Hmmm.
