For me it was 48 thru 53, at 53 it kinda came to a head...wasn't able to do my job nearly good-enough.
3 years later, nothing much changed.
The last couple years, though...getting stronger, about the time I resumed my schedule of nightly-prayer, to pray for others in my life...not for myself.
