I have seen management announce actions such as R/Ms or buying the CEO's private company in a way that informs investors of the actions and also tells informs that an investor vote is not required nor is it being requested.

Given the actions of ASYI management so far, investors should not be surprised if they receive an announcement that informs them of an equally scammy action and informs them that their vote is neither required nor is it being requested.
