Just the OS, the 5B AS that was approved by the "majority shareholders" stays at 5B even after a RS. Just another way to wash, rinse, repeat.

If the "majority shareholders" want to do a RS it can be done the same way they increased the AS, "written consent by the majority shareholders."

That's the way it works for companies like ASYI, vote control means everything for the insiders and I guarentee the insiders have vote control.
