If I recall correctly, the actual termination of ASYI's LOI with Birthday Slam didn't actually happen until several months AFTER the "automatic termination." Makes me wonder why folks on this board look forward to "something" happening in July (the 19th I think). It could just as easily wait for 6 months in the hope of selling more ASYI shares.
