Everything I am speaking of here is pure speculation with some acception to all the other posts with factual DD, of which I choose not to re-type. We can surely see the downside and potential for this stock to just die. We do try to read into what's happening with all the new authorized shares going into the billions and it's anybody's guess. I am simply staying positive, hopeful and as stated in the 10K the LOI will terminate on July 19th or sooner in writing by both companies. That was the only deadline I am refering to. I will be happy to see.003 again and am expressing an opinion as to where the stock might go once the deal is done. More than likely there will be restricted shares issued to all the top exec's and like I said earlier, we are at bottom imo and you can almost be certain of higher pps in the weeks ahead of July 19th. GL warmachine, I want to see you keep the flesh on your toe and maybe a little pocket change to buy you a fising pole.
