Otherwise, why not pattern the Phase 3 after your Phase 2 and give yourself what would appear to be a greater chance for success in Phase 3?

The adjustment of protocols for a ph iii is as much art as science - e.g. to get a better label, to have an easier time enrolling, post hocing details from your phase ii, ... .

ARQL's adjustments are fairly typical - nothing obviously egregious. But every little thing can matter, sometimes in ways not predicted.
