Thanks Raw. I think I asked the wrong question. I believe I mixed up form 3s with form 4s. Also, the ‘whales’ I was thinking of are those in the ‘Investors’ group that were part of the Schedule 13D recently filed; I hope I got that right. I thought they would have to file when making new purchases in the open market. The ‘Investors’ group owns more than 10%. I thought that was the number that required folks to file when making purchases, and also limited how they could sell.
