SE: I appreciate your reply. Earlier today I took the initiative of calling Gayla back instead trying to reach Dan directly. I asked her the question and she did clarify things for me. I'm satisfied, and it all checks out with the OK Secretary of State's office.

I am new to the oil & gas industry though I've recently become fascinated by it because of what's happening in the midwest and ND. And for the record: I'd rather be here with you guys than with BP. Look at who's running wall street these days ... we're one step away from a post-soviet oligarchy...
