Whats really unfortunate is that i'm sure WNBD has good people inside working and doing what they can. They unfortunately fall victim to Erics lack of execution. It gets defeating to see that you work hard for someone who in return who is called upon by title to lead and direct the company to profitability and has been unable to do so. This has become evident as happening by one of the last few blogs that talked about some piece of business that came that was a morale booster to the group. Lets hope Eric makes some soul searching decisions that are for the greater good of all than just the very few who take home the bigger checks. JMO
