The operative word(s), "If there is news." He is prohibited from manufacturing news. If a contract isn't signed, then it's not news. He could state that he is close to signing a contract, but I don't think he would do that. Frankly, I would hope that he wouldn't.

All we can do is wait.
In anticipation of the response of a few on the Board....Yes you can sell... that will show him! My advise; don't sell at a loss.
