Thank you for this post! I just looked up the list of distributors for Joyetech in the US - it's HUGE! I guess Joyetech manufactured e-cigs have no problems being imported into the US evidently. Scroll down the list to USA. and I don't see any lawsuits being filed against Joyetech either. :)))))))))))

And just in case, I googled "Joyetech lawsuit" and lookee what I found! Judge Leon told the FDA they cannot seize or block importations of e-cigs. FDA has now chosen to instead regulate them as they would regular tobacco products (of which ironically enough IS FDA-approved).
