you will never get a patent on the ecig so to answer your questions...no, maybe and no. well maybe on the last one lol. you dont need a patent on the ecig or cannacig. There will be so much business to go around that it would be impossible to keep 100% market share. You dont even need 100% market share, if you had that much this stock would be on the nasdaq within a year and. give me 10-25% of the thc ecig market share and ill be over the moon :) very good things ahead for the cannacig and rfmk
