Peg -- apparently the story is Bill was under the impression the next debt ceiling hike was necessary before the election/year-end -- and when it was pointed out to him that that is not the case, he said 'sorry, I was wrong, with that understood Obama should stick to his guns' on no further extension of the Bush tax cuts for upper-income folks
