Me too sbb4th, I know nothing...just saw the news.
Wow, I have to give up 30% of the value of my stock?
I need almost a double to break even, now this?

This reeks, I've had USSIF as my biggest and "safest" investment. It doesn't feel very safe any more but it's still the biggest. Lot's of eggs to put all in one toilet...er, basket.

Long term it may be a great deal for the company but I don't see a great deal for shareholders at first glance unless it's years down the road...several months at least.

Eric Sprott, what are you doing to us, exactly how are you using us and how much money will shareholders lose just so you can stabilize your other company? You have enough money to do that on your own.

There!!! I'm sure Eric will read this. <sarcasm>
