i have been following this for a short time and was somewhat surprised that after the two recent announcements that the price did not move up and stay up ( unless it was the old , sell on the news syndrome ).
So, if anyone ( please no pumpers or dumpers ) has any insight as to why this is happening - I know, dumb question but I assume many of you have been here a while and may have a VALID, RESPONSIBLE THOUGHT on this it would be appreciated.
