I noticed that she was named in the list of people that are to be notified of the pre-hearing conference. Many people sent in letters, not too many are being notified.
I think that pre-hearing conference will show the extent of her involvement as a "non-Party". It seems that the list is somewhat arbitrary. (Anyone who sent a letter using a certain type of wording was listed???)
I'm not to concerned.
We will see what comes of it at the hearing.
Since she is part of the same organization as CGFI, I think the opposing views will be self canceling. It is the DRMS' decision that will determine the weight to give to her comments.
She can only show a concern, but is not "adversely affected or aggrieved by the conduct of a mining operation, proposed mining operation." at least no more than I can.
