USSIF SHAREHOLDERS GIVE UP 30% OWNERSHIP FOR WHAT?

You guys have to decide but I looked at RX before I lost a lot of money on USSIF. There is not much at RX that you will like. Many problems.

Looks to me like Sprott feels it has two bad investments in its PF & is putting the two together on a "hope & a prayer". Look carefully before you vote on this. It smells. Really glad now I exited when I did, only should have gotten out much earlier.

There is a possible "silver lining": just maybe Hecla will look across the Silver Valley and consider USSIF in play. Hecla would be a great partner and bring value to a combination and a real cash premium to USSIF owners.
