Correction to #msg-76373260 re PFE’s animal-health spinoff: PFE expects Zoetis (the spinoff) to be a fully standalone company by Jul 2013; PFE’s sale of a 19.9% stake in Zoetis via an IPO is expected to occur much sooner than Jul 2013.
