OK my mistake on the 8K for the LOC not being in the form of a press release. It doesn't cost anything I think to file an 8k where the financials do cost money for the auditors and such.

I think that EI quit filing for the simple reason that they ran out of money. If you feel strongly that you and other investors were deceived purposely by Eternal Image then by all means you should file a complaint with the SEC and FINRA.
