Cool, just was confused, most penny players DREAD the word R/S and no point of making anyone thing that anytime soon (6 months) there will be one.

I completely agree, the price down here doesnt bring in the bigger institutions...

But then again, this O/S is 60% held by insiders, meaning the float is all we need to focus on in terms of price reaction.

Example:
Market Capt goes by OS x Price Per Share.

Meaning, that you would base the market cap off the O/S and not the float alone. So our market cap could be tremendous compared to what it is now and that itself will attract the larger cap investors.

once there are revs on the books, this float will move much quicker.

The only reason we are at 0005, was during the last volume push, Constellation sold out on SGLN causing the drop in price. They also sold into "news" like most people do and probably didnt care about the price. People who put the deals together on the back end usually dont trade on anything but "lets make as much money as quick as we can" and moves to the next one.
