Even if EMHI was able, or is able to have the patent rights passed to them secondary to making the required payments, they will still need that MSE connection to handle the technical aspects of applying the IFS2c technology to the power plant market. When GTGP owns MSE, then we will derive benefit from that MSE ownership as well as from EMHI because of the JV as it currently stands. It remains to be seen if it will continue to be a JV, or if maybe, like you have suggested copious, GTGP/Jim will acquire EHMI, or the patent for power plants from Solucorp if the rights did not pass to EMHI.
