I scan Full Disclosure Trading on SI now and again and they have a format that is not bad.. If any one care to check..

Obviously, does not help if you buy it under one scenario but then change your mind.. My buys are rarely ever day trade but it still helps when I see some one trading a stock I watch even though holding period may be totally different.. FWIW..
