I don't think that doing a reverse split will attract a higher class of investors at all. I personally dont think that reverse splits are anything more than a game to pump up a stock's price.
Investors will be interested in the company when the company can prove to interested parties that it's buusiness plan and operations deserve it. I realize that this is a pink sheets company but that is no excuse for not keeping current or producing sloppy financials. I began investing in this company about two years ago and have seen the share price evaporate as the CEO chased dreams of reality TV stardom and failed promotions.
