however noticebly absent was the stockholders, SURPRISE.

Apparently the difference between being a creditor and a stockholder in a company is not fully understood by some.

When someone is a creditor of a company it means that they have loaned the company money or provided some service to the company. Clint, Nick, Donna and some of the others listed loaned the company money which is why their names appear on the list.

When someone becomes a stockholder they are not loaning the company money but instead are buying shares in the company. This is the same as someone buying a business. If the business fails they are not going to be able to list themselves as being creditors.

Unlike the listed owners of a business stockholders have the freedom of terminating their partnership with the company at any time that they choose to do so simply by selling their shares. Stockholders entered into this partnership willingly and were not coerced in any way shape or form to maintain their partnership with Eternal Image.

Some stockholders made money here and some lost money here, not much difference between this and any number of stocks that are traded on any of various exchanges. The people that made money here managed their investments correctly and those that lost need to take a look at the way that they managed their investment.

The above is my personal opinion
