Roche’s ADACTA study of Actemra vs Humira under-dosed patients in the Humira arm by giving them 40mg bi-weekly in strict accordance with the FDA label. When Humira is used in RA without methotrexate, as it was in this trial, the de facto dose is 40mg weekly rather than bi-weekly.
