It's the kind of merger that never happens but is used to string investors along and give them false hope.
But even on the off chance a merger does occur for FOGC with some other jewel of a company, it will be with another worthless shell company. They will toss a couple of fluff PRs into the mix in a feeble attempt to lure in more investors so the insiders can dump all the new free trading shares they will surely award themselves.
How can anyone really believe that a merger that was supposedly 99% complete 3 months ago is over gonna happen?
FOGC has no oil, no gas, no silver, no nothing.
FOGC -- on the cusp of no bid.
