The ground work for this one has been laid over the last couple of years and now we are here. I know of no better opportunity than this one with such low risk and high reward. None. If this doesn't score everyone some big profits nothing will. How often do you find a $.13 stock with a green technology that has a monopoly on an industry as large as the cement industry which is under an EPA mandated compliance deadline? That's just one piece of this too.
