That shouldn't be a problem for a company which apparently has as its controlling shareholder an elderly non-business person who is incapable of communicating and got his shares when they fell from the sky, having been sent there by a convicted stock swindler and sexual predator.

What's your problem anyway? The non-employee "legal secretary" is probably the GOOD part of this story.
